Chef Ravi Rector, a native of Western North Carolina, has been
involved with the culinary arts since age 12. He graduated with
honors from AB Tech Culinary School in 2005. He has traveled
throughout the US, Japan and the Caribbean, having the opportunity
to study different flavors and culinary techniques. He has also
studied and worked with experienced chefs within North Carolina.

Chef Ravi assumed the Executive Chef position at the Charlotte
Street Grill in 2007, raising even higher the quality of our food
and menu.
